Order Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, we proceed to have it ship within 48 hours, M-F. If you ordered after 5pm PDT on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please allow additional processing time for weekends, and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can view its delivery.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original jewelry box.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth
• To preserve your jewelry, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, or engaging in any activity that exposes it to water, sweats, or harsh chemicals.
• Do wear with care
• Do not clean with strong household cleaners or rough cloths
