At BENZI'S JEWELRY, we are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. **Condition**: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unbroken, intact and with all original packaging intact. Any product that has been altered, damaged, or shows signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.

3. **Proof of Purchase**: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

4. We only offer Free Return on USA customers only, Other countries besides USA customers will be responsible for returning fee and any cost associated with the order.
