Do you offer personalized jewelry?
Yes, we do offer personalized jewelry. We understand that each individual has unique preferences and styles, and we’re dedicated to creating pieces that reflect your personal vision.

What material our jewelry made off?
We strive to make all our pieces from 925 sterling silver, which is a high-quality metal used in fine jewelry. In addition, to achieve an elegant finish, our pieces are plated with 14k gold. This process involves applying a high-quality layer of 14k gold over the sterling silver, enhancing the piece with a rich, warm gold tone while maintaining the strength and durability of the silver base.
Can I write a message on the order?
Yes, we can write a message and include them in the order. To do this, when you check out there is a NOTE section, leave us a message on what to write, and we will make it happen.
Important to include "write this on the card" to let us know you want a message with the order.
Example: Write this on the card: I love you by Kate.

How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
- Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original jewelry box.
- Clean gently with a soft cloth
- To preserve your jewelry, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, or engaging in any activity that exposes it to water, sweats, or harsh chemicals.
- Do wear with care
- Do not clean with strong household cleaners or rough cloths
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected.
Order Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, we proceed to have it ship within 48 hours, M-F. If you ordered after 4pm PDT on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please allow additional processing time for weekends, holidays, and pre-order items.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its delivery.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their release date. Once you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.
Coupon Codes
Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We are unable to adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be applied after an order has been placed.
Lost Package
All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact your local USPS office for a resolution. If the package is still lost after 7 days of being marked "delivered", contact us. Depends on the situation, we may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.
Taxes & Duties
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
Currency Conversions
While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector on our website. All items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate. We are not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.

4. We only offer Free Return on USA customers only, Other countries besides USA customers will be responsible for returning fee and any cost associated with the order.
